This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the furnishing and maintenance of Glenmont, Edison's home in Llewellyn Park. Included are documents dealing with electric light system installation and with cleaning and other household services. There are also inventories of furnishings.
Approximately 50 percent of the documents have been selected. The following categories of documents have not been selected: estimates and bills for furnishings; a bill for furnishings purchased in 1882 by Henry C. Pedder, Glenmont's original owner; duplicate copies of selected documents.
