This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the purchase of property at Silver Lake, N.J., and to the formation of the Edison Industrial Works. This company was intended to be the successor to the Edison Manufacturing Co. Included is correspondence from Sherburne B. Eaton pertaining to Edison's contractual obligations to the new company.
All of the documents have been selected except for duplicate copies of selected documents.
