This folder contains correspondence and other documents relating to the maintenance of Seminole Lodge, Edison's winter home in Fort Myers, Florida, and the nearby home of Ezra T. Gilliland. Included also are letters regarding the proposed sale of property. Many of the letters are by William E. Hibble, caretaker.
