A report by president Kirk Brown refers to the company's acquisition of the Halogen Products Co., the purchase of land for a new plant in Bloomfield, New Jersey, and the amicable settlement of litigation involving the General Bakelite Co. of Perth Amboy. Also included in the report is a comparative balance sheet for the period 1912-1913, signed by treasurer Frank L. Dyer.
