Most of these matters were handled by Richard W. Kellow, secretary of Thomas A. Edison, Personal. Among the items for 1919 are a summary of income, excise, and other taxes paid during the years 1914-1918; a consolidated financial statement for 1919, and interoffice communications concerning the financial situation of the Wisconsin Cabinet & Panel Co. and the Edison Portland Cement Co.

The unselected material includes copies of internal accounting instructions and policies; documents about interest on bonds, such as Liberty Loans; and communications about stock certificates and billing arrangements between Thomas A. Edison, Personal and Thomas A. Edison, Inc.
