This notebook was used by Edison in May 1918. The one entry is entitled "New Disc Expts" and consists of notes on experimental mixtures of china clay, cotton flock, rosin, and other materials. Included are comments on the hardness of each mixture and, in two cases, indications that a particular mixture seemed "promising" for cylinder or disc record blanks. The pages are unnumbered. Only 6 pages have been used.
