This folder contains material pertaining to the suit brought by José F. Elizondo, Luis G. Jorda, and Rafael Medina against Jorge A. Alcalde in Mexico. The case was initiated in 1906 and involved alleged copyright violations by Alcalde, an agent of the Mexican National Phonograph Co.
