This folder contains material pertaining to the suit brought by the International Graphophone Co. against Edison, John F. Randolph, William E. Gilmore, the National Phonograph Co., the Edison Phonograph Works, and the Edison Manufacturing Co. in the New Jersey Court of Chancery. The case was initiated in January 1905 and involved the contractual and financial responsibilities of the Edison Phonograph Works, in which the International Graphophone Co. possessed stock.
