[X001M8-F] Edison Pioneers -- Wirt, Charles Summer (1858-1924)
This document was written by William D. Marks, an engineering professor at the University of Pennsylvania who managed the Edison Electric Light Co. of Philadelphia after 1887. These instructions describe the safety requirements and technical standards to be met in electric wiring. They were probably prepared in 1888 or 1889, when electrical engineer Charles Wirt was associated with the company.
