These letters from Mina Miller Edison to her sister Grace cover the years 1923-1929. Also included is an announcement of the wedding of Grace Miller and Halbert K. Hitchcock on February 15, 1916. An undated note at the end was probably written in 1930, shortly after Halbert's death. Among the topics discussed in the letters are Theodore Edison's trip to Alaska following his graduation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1923; the wedding of Theodore and Ann Osterhout in 1925; the serious illness of brother-in-law William W. Nichols in 1926; the health of Thomas Edison and various other family members; Grace's and Hal's trip to Italy in 1928; and vacations at Seminole Lodge, the Edison family home in Florida. There are also references to Edison's radio speech in commemoration of Edison Day in October 1927 and his rubber research.
