These documents consist of dated items from 1885 and 1929, along with an undated memorandum probably from the 1920s. Included is a letter from March 1885 containing instructions from Edison to laboratory associate John F. Ott regarding dynamo and telephone experiments. There is also a November 1929 letter from Edison to Walter R. Stevens, a Port Huron lawyer, pertaining to a memorial boulder to mark Edison's boyhood home in Port Huron. An undated memorandum by Edison's personal assistant, William H. Meadowcroft, concerns the printing press Edison used as a newsboy on the Grand Trunk Railroad and includes a drawing of the press by Edison.
