This 40-page catalog, which probably dates from the late 1880s, contains illustrations of sockets, switches, plugs, bases, and other devices used with the Edison system of electric lighting. Also included are appliances for central stations such as automatic and hand regulators, ampere meters, and equalizer switches. In addition, there are illustrations of fans, fan motors, galvanometers, wire guages, and other electrical equipment. An introductory page contains the assurance that the devices advertised in the catalog are the product of the "experience of years" and of Edison's "own frequent personal supervision and advice."
