\nDear Sir
\nAs it has fallen to my lot to read a paper before the Roentgen Ray Society of America which is to meet in Philadelphia next December on the subject The Dangers of the X Ray Operator. I am extremely anxious to learn from you if the report that two of your operators named Daly were injured and that Clarence Daly had cancer develop in consequence requiring the removal of one arm and four fingers off of the other is true.
\nAs a member of this large society of x-ray workers any information you may kindly give would be greatly appreciated by the society and myself and may prove the means of saving many of us from very serious injury.
\nSir I have the honor to be
\nYours respectfully
