Danforth, through whom the order was obtained, wishes us to ask you to remind Mr. Edison that he is the same person who called on him two or three years ago about a plant.####Mr. Danforth tells us that the Germans who competed with us offered to supply a plant from the Edison Light Agency in Germany at a price which would not have covered cost to us. Whether they could do this at a profit to themselves or whether they were willing to submit to a lose in this case in order to secure larger game to themselves, the fact still remains that their ability to procure Edison Light from any source interferes materially with us and perhaps may render the agency valueless to us, after all the time, labor and expense incurred by us in trying to get the light introduced in this country.####We remain,####Yours very truly,####(Signed) Frazar & Co.####[name mentions: Frazar & Co., Edison Light Company, A.W.
