\nFrancis R. Upton, Esq.,
\nEdison General Electric Co.,

\nMy dear Upton,-
\nI enclose herewith some correspondence from P.E. Shew with relation to the Sunbury Station. I believe that you are more familiar than anyone else with the operations which have been carried on in connection with this plant and can therefore advise me as to the desirability of accepting Mr. Shaw’s proposition. Mr. Edison originally took 41 shares of stock of this Company for a debt of $4,100: he then consented to a 50% reduction of his holding, and now has 20 ½ shares.
\nYours very truly,
