\nMr. Kennelly,-
\nA representative of the American Watchman’s Time Company called on me in New York on Thursday last, and expressed considerable regret that we were not using their system, which originally we employed at the Laboratory. I understand that an electric light wire fouled with the wires leading to the indicator and fused them and that the break was never repaired. The Watch Co. say that they will go to any expenses to put the system is through working order for us. Do you consider it desirable for us to have this done?
