\nAt Mr. Edison’s request I forward to you the enclosed letter from Mr. Insull, attatched to which is a memorandum of certain specifications for a Reciprocating Electric Rock Drill. Mr. Edison desires to know if you can give him any additional points on this subject. In your opinion what should such a Drill be, and what should it be able to do?
