\nMy Dear Colonel Gouraud:-
\nI enclose herewith, a copy of my letter to you under date October 29th in which I asked you for a copy of the record of the suit brought against Yeomans in London, in the name of the London Stereoscopic & Photographic Company and the Edison United Phonograph Company. The record which I have received from your Attorneys consists of the pleadings in the suit by the Edison United Phonograph Company against the London Stereoscopic Company and is not at all what is required by Mr. Edison’s Attorneys. Will you be kind enough to let me have a copy of Yeoman’s record.
\nYours very truly,
