We the undersigned partis to the DEED OF TRUST to JOHN H. CHEEVER, dated May 23, 1878, do hereby empower and direct that their TRUSTEE, the said John H.; Cheever, shall assign to the EDISON SPEAKING PHONOGRAPH COMPANY the STOCK in his possession, held under the said DEED OF TRUST for the benefit of the said EDISON SPEAKING PHONOGRAPH COMPANY and Ourselves, and the TRUST shall then be considered as at an end, and all further responsibility on the part of the said John H. Cheever shall then cease.
