gives Dall'Eco's view of problems facing electric light in Italy, particularly flucutating illumination when using Siemens regulator; and noise and occasional extinction of lamp under Jablochkoff system. "It would be well if Mr. Edison sent out here several machines regulators with which public trials with happy results could be made--A Company could easily be formed.."
