Secretary of Swants Electric Light Co., Ltd. being discharged with transfer of business to Swan United Electric Light Co. Claims to have suggested many improvements now used in Swan lamp to have more ideas. Feels badly used by the Swan Co and wants to work for Edison interests in England and sell his improvements which would be more advantageous than proposed amalgamation of Swan/Edison interests. TAE marg: "I have my full staff and am therefore unable to avoil myself of your offer."
