- "I shall require quite a considerable number of the balances, which you supply to our Light Companies, for weighing meter plates, and shall be glad to hear from you as to the lowest price at which you will let me have them. I am myself undertaking to erect a great number of our central station plants, and we use these balances at each station. If you will quote me personally special terms I will buy all my balances from you."
