Read in the Italian papers of your invention for transmitting sounds in water; would like to write an article on it in my paper--Bollettino delle Finanze Ferrovie ed Industrie--but need more information; would you provide it? Bollettino is the most widely circulated industrial paper in Italy; Banca Generale, which is in business with Edison Co. in Milan, can vouch for paper and also on the "confidence and capacity of my International Patent Office of which I beg to offer you the services for Italy"; see terms of my office in pamphlet on patent legislation in Italy and other states.
