Haven't yet received the diaphgram that you promised. "Our phonoplex is not working right for the past several weeks, and we have been obliged to throw it out, on account of breaking up the Morse circuit between Phila. and Shamokin......About one-half of the dots on the Morse are transposed into dashes, and it mixes things up generally."
