Be glad to hear from you ### [ENCLOSED ARTICLE: A letter from theChicago and alton railroad to Chairman Wlaker, of the Interstate Commerce Railway Association, sets forth that sine January 1 its grain and live stock traffic from Southwestern Missouri river points have been falling off, while a proportionate gain is shown by other lines. It contends that there is no good reason for this and demands an investigation. It also requests that action be taken under that section of the Presidents' agreement which provides for an equitable division of traffic among competing lines.]
