Received Feb 26 1892 Feb 27th 92 Newark N.J. Feb 26 1892 Thomas A. Edison Esq Orange N.J. Dear Sir You will probably recollect my visiting you with Messrs Chas Ward, James Perry and a number of gentlemen a few months ago, as separates by me in the Newark Journal a Prudential Review under the caption “Two Hours with Edison.” Ward [?] in conjunction with Messrs, Wilfred, Lewis, C.W. Simmonds purchased the plant of the Orange Evening Mail; and it is near completion, all being practical men in the editorial reportorial and mechanical departments. So turn out a first close afternoon daily. We are now forming a small stock company with a capital of $15,000, the majority of which we are willing to take over class as we would like to consult with you about the matter, will you please instruct your secretary to arrange for an interview? Yours very truly, J.D. Bryrne
