Dear Sir: I beg to enclose you herewith your letter which I forwarded to Mr Edison and with his reply in his own hand writing as follows: "I have already stated that I will do no more as I think I have already done all that should be asked of me. Edison" I return you your letter on which Mr Edison has written his answer and would like to have you show it to Mrs Gill who does not believe that her letters reach Mr Edison Yours truly John F.
