New York City.  
Dear Sir:-  
I take pleasure in informing you that Mr. Edison will be pleased to comply with the request of Mr. Paul d’Abzae, and extend to you the privilege of inspecting his Laboratory. You can come any day that suits your convenience, when one of the employees will be assigned to take you through various departments. The building closes at one o’clock on Saturdays. The letter of Mr. d’Abzae was submitted to Mr. Edison upon his return to the Laboratory a few days ago, with the result as indicated above. I regret that you called here in his absence and my own.
