Referring to your note of inquiry.##Cost of plant for [town] 6 to 8000 could be $20 to 30,000 A 25% profit could be realized from 1600 lights each lamp average 3 1/2 burning (See your paper)##The only restrictions as to capital is the matter of policy in not capitalizing for higher amount than would permit of 15% dividend from the earnings.
