Yours of [9]th inst came duly to hand.##I am willing to make an arrangement with you by which you can deal with your [glass] for producing copies of [writing] with a stencil produced by means of a steel plate having a serrated surface &c &c without any action on my part providing you make an agreement with me to pay me 7 1/2 per cent of the selling price of each outfit sold
