"Referring to yorus of 26th the only way to turn a launch by Electrical Motor is to use Storage Batters to charge the motor. The Storage Batteries require an Electric Dynamo machine (operated by steam or water power) to charge them. My advice is stick to the Steam Engine as a motive power."
