- "Your letter of Dec. 20th addressed to Mr. Edison is at hand. ### In regard to the phonograph doll, I beg to refer you to the Edison Phonograph Toy M'f'g. Co., 95 Milk Street, Boston, Mass. for all information concerning same. ### In reference to running the phonograph on electric light circuits, to do this the motors would have to be specially wound. There would be no trouble in winding them, however, and when the phonograph is placed upon the market if the public should demand machines that they should run on such circuits, we presume that they will be supplied with them."
