- "I have received your note of 30th ult. in regard to phonograph. Mr. Lippincott's address is No. 160 Broadway, New York City. He is President of the North American Phonograph Co. ### Tell Mrs. Brewster that I have not forgotten, and will not forget her dolls. Mr. Edison is making a number of experiments with the view of perfecting the mechanism of these dolls, but up to the present time we have not been able to send any out, and I hardly think they can be ready before Easter. I hope some time to have the pleasure of seeing you in Rochester, and wishing you the Compliments of the Season." I am, yours very truly, AO Tate
