- I am much pleased to receive your letter of 16th ultimo, in regard to a contract which you have just closed with my representatives in China and Japan, Messers. Frazar & Co., for an Edison incandescent electric light plant, to be used in your mill. Messrs. Frazar & Co. are fully supplied not only with figures as to the cost of installations, but with photographs, drawings and all other details pertaining to such work, and they will be very glad to furnish yourself and all others interested in the subject of electric lighting with complete information and particulars.
