Title
[LB032037], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Will Loomis, August 7th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"If it would not cause you too much inconvenience, we would be very pleased to have you visit the Laboratory some day next week, and play a few solos to the phonograph. Any day will answer, only please notify us a day or two in advance, so as to avoid conflict with any previous arrangements. If you can possibly do this we shall be much gratified. ### Mr. Walter Hiller and Mr. Hagan have charge of the musical experiments in connection with the phonograph at present being conducted at the Laboratory, and they will do what they can to make your visit pleasant." Yours very truly, Edison Laboratory, By A.O. Tate
