Nov. 6, 1891. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,- This is to certify that the bearer, GEORGE H. ALLEN, was employed in the Laboratory about two and a half years. During this period he acted in various capacities, in each of which he performed his duties to our entire satisfaction.
