John Chandler, Esq.,
Foot of Court St.,

Dear Sir:-
I return herewith the circulars in regard to the “PARISIAN INVENTORS ACADEMY” which accompanied your letter of 3rd instant. Mr. Edison knows nothing about this society further than that he receives from it at short intervals duplicates of the communication which were sent to yourself. The writer has a very strong conviction that the “ACADEMY” is a fake of the worst kind, and would advise you to have nothing to do with it.
Yours truly,
A. O. Tate
Private Secretary,
M.
