Mar 30th 98 W. W. Tinker Esq. Los Angeles, Cal. Dear Sir:- In reply to your favor of the 21st inst, I beg to state that I have no catalogues. I take up a proposition and solve the problem and do the engineering at present I am designing a dry placer plant for the Ortiz grant people to work 2400 cubic yards per day and cannot go into anything new until that is finished.
