- Referring to your favor of the 5th. Inst., we beg to say that we shall be glad to arrange with you for the use of the Edison Phonoplex System of Telography on your wire upon the floowing terms: For each separate signalling circuit created upon wires on which are employed simple Morse instruments. If at any time you should cease to use any circuits once created and disconnect the instruments, all royalties for such circuit shall cease from the time notice in writing of such discontinuence is given to us. The prices afor the various instruments necesaary for the equipment of an office are given in detail in our pamphletalready in your hands.
