Messrs. Davis Bros.
Trenton, N.J.
Dear Sirs:-
We send you today by express, charges prepaid, from our works at Edison, N.J., a sample of Solvay soda ash which we have on hand and would like to sell, and if you are interested, would be glad to have you make an offer for it. We have on hand 88 bags, each bag containing about 380 pounds.
We purchase this this soda to use in our binding material, but having recently changed the binding material, we have no further use for the soda. If you wish it, we can send you a larger sample.
Yours very truly,
W.S. Mallory V.P.
