Thomas A. Edison, Esq.
New York, N. Y.
Dear Sir,
I understand you have a plant in New Mexico, on the Ortiz grant, to work dry placers. Would you please inform me if it is a success and if so what terms it could be secured to work such placers in old Mexico, and what a plant of 10,000 cubic yards daily capacity cost f/o/b/at factory, and also what you consider the average cost of working the gravel per cubic yard to be.
Yours very respectfully,
CA Baker.
