The book contains a list of chemical compounds, mostly organic, with brief descriptions of each compound\'s physical properties. The number following each entry refers to a key on the first page of the book that provides a set of twenty-one descriptive categories for the substances, including \"amorphous,\"" \""ductile,\"" \""pitchy,\"" \""soapy,\"" and \""waxy.\"" The spine is labeled \""151.\"" The pages are unnumbered. Approximately 60 pages have been used.
