Included is a list of things to do regarding the preparation of a \"new model battery\"" using cobalt flake and a tube-based, rather than pocket-based, design. There is also a set of descriptions of nickel and cobalt ore sources. Near the end of the book is a series of phrases that may represent ideas for an advertising campaign for the phonograph. The front cover is labeled \""New flake Co Tubes-- Record.\"" The pages are unnumbered. Approximately 30 pages have been used.
