This notebook was used in June 1916 by B. H. Stahle for notes on various chemical experiments. The entries describe cobalt-nickel experiments, as well as experiments to determine the amount of potash in samples of cement from the Edison Portland Cement Co. Several items have been inserted into the book, including one page of notes and drawings by Edison. The front cover is labeled \"B Stahle\""; the spine is labeled \""029.4.\"" The pages are unnumbered. Approximately 15 pages have been used.
