This notebook dates from December 1923 - September 1924. The pocket notebook contains notes by Thomas A. Edison relating to experiments with storage batteries, Ford starter batteries, rubber and lampblack button phones. There are notes about phonograph and phonograph record production, positions of musical instruments when recording, experiments with a piano, jobbers and dealers and record sales. Filed separately is a list of phonograph companies and a torn page from a magazine. The notebook was originally found in Thomas A. Edison's desk at Glenmont.
