Among the items for 1909 are letters pertaining to business conditions in Europe and to orders received for phonographs and supplies elsewhere around the world. Also included are letters concerning the introduction of Amberola records and phonograph attachments, the production of "Grand Opera" selections, and the production of recordings by Johann Strauss, Leo Tolstoy, William Howard Taft, William Jennings Bryan, Porfirio Diaz, and others.
