[letterhead of East Orange Record] "Your check for twenty $20 dollars for the ambulance was received this morning. The editors of the Record wish formally to thank you for your liberal contribution as it will do much to improve upon the public the great and immediate need of a conveyance for the sick and injured [?] Since taking the subscription in hand we have learned the most distressing stories of suffering occasion by the need of an ambulance [unclear].
