Bergmann promised to have sounders finished Saturday. Urges importance of some kind of lamp test (impt for Isolated business); need to attain average 600 hour life. How about Claudius going ahead with the second central station? Has arrangement been made about style of board, etc. "Will have anything done you desire and that *quickly*. We must not fall into the RUT of indolence because one department is unavoidably delayed."
