Title

[CJ001AAX], Letter from Henry M Livor to Thomas Alva Edison, October 25th, 1889

Editor's Notes

I think, if convenient to you, we had better defer our visit to Pennsylvania until a week from Monday next, for the reason that I want to go to the Ogden Mine with Brennan on Sunday night and spend Monday there, and then desire to go to Bechtelsville on Tuesday afternoon, coming back on Wednesday night and going to Schenectady Thursday to look after the taking of stock of the Shafting Deartment, which would keep me very busy dudring the balance of the week; but I will be ready to go with you on Monday afternoon, November 4th, to Allentown and examing the Hartzell property on the Lehigh Mountain, and if possible, to take a run through the Bethlehem Iron Co.'s Works at Bethlehem, and then go over to Bechtelsvill and spend a day or two days there. We shall probably be gone in all not over four days. I hope you can make it convenient to go on that day, as it will not be wise to delay your visit much later than that time, as we may have snow on the ground, which would interfere with forming a correct opinion of the property. Please let me hear from you by return mail about this, and oblige, Yours truly H M Livor
