Letterhead of Galisteo Company. Dolores, New Mexico. Feb. 19, 1900 Edison Laboratory Orange, N. J. Refer to F. Devonald _ Dear Freddie _ You have in the store room some flexible electric cord which you will remember was sent us by mistake by the [illegible] Elec. Co. We have received [illegible] from them stating that they wish us to return it to their store room in N. Y. if we cannot use it. We not need it here and thinking that the Laboratory might want it and having that Freddie Ott has already used 100 yds. out of the 400 [we?] have [written?] [the?] [illegible] [Etc.?] that you will either return it as [illegible] [illegible] an order (Laboratory order) for it: You [might?] to have 300 yds of it now left, is that you must return this [illegible] an order for the 100 which Freddie took [or?] [illegible] all and send them an order for it all.
